Welcome to the website of Unalome House (“Unalome House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including all content, functionality, online purchasing features, forms, communications, and related services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational Website Only; No Medical Advice
The information provided on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site is intended to be, and should be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified licensed healthcare professional.
Use of this Site does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Unalome House or any of its physicians, physician assistants, nurses, aestheticians, contractors, or affiliated providers. A provider-patient relationship is formed only after completion of the appropriate intake process, acceptance as a patient where applicable, and receipt of services from an appropriate licensed provider.
You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptoms, treatment decision, or healthrelated concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

2. Eligibility and Permitted Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site, interfere with another party’s use of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing material.
3. Online Purchases
The Site may permit the online purchase of treatment packages, consultations, gift cards, promotional offers, memberships, and medical-grade skincare products.
3.1 Treatment Packages, Services, and Gift Cards
Any treatment, package, consultation, or service purchased through the Site is a prepayment for the opportunity to schedule or be considered for services. It is not a guarantee that any specific treatment is appropriate, available, or will be performed.
All treatments and services remain subject to provider evaluation, clinical appropriateness, medical clearance where applicable, completion of required intake forms, execution of informed consent documents, applicable licensing and legal requirements, and provider discretion.
Unalome House reserves the right to determine, in its professional judgment, whether a patient is an appropriate candidate for any requested treatment or service. Purchase of a treatment or package does not guarantee any specific medical, cosmetic, or wellness outcome.
If a provider determines that a treatment purchased online is not appropriate for a patient, Unalome House may issue a refund or apply the amount paid as a credit toward a different treatment or service deemed appropriate.
3.2 Medical-Grade Skincare
Medical-grade skincare products sold through the Site are offered for personal use only and not for resale. Product descriptions, ingredient information, and usage guidance are provided for general informational purposes only and do not replace individualized provider guidance.
All sales of medical-grade skincare are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted on medical-grade skincare purchases except where required by applicable law.
Users are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and directions prior to use. If irritation, allergy, sensitivity, or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical guidance.
4. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability
All prices, offers, promotions, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information.
Promotions may be subject to additional stated terms, expiration dates, blackout dates, provider availability, eligibility rules, or one-time-use restrictions.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order through the Site, you authorize Unalome House and its thirdparty payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and disclosed fees.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
6. Deposits and Appointment Policies
To respect our providers’ time and help ensure appointment availability for all patients, Unalome House requires a $100 deposit for all new patient appointments and all aesthetic appointments.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the applicable visit.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service amount may apply.
Examples include the following:
A $250 appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
A $500 appointment may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will forfeit your $100 deposit.
Unalome House reserves the right to require deposits for future bookings, decline future booking requests, or apply additional scheduling restrictions in the event of repeated noshows, repeated late cancellations, chargebacks, or abuse of scheduling privileges, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Shipping
Medical-grade skincare products or other products purchased through the Site are typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days after an order is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, address errors, or other delays outside of our reasonable control. If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we may notify the purchaser regarding the delay and, where required, provide the option to cancel the order for a refund.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Individual responses to skincare products, wellness programs, functional medicine recommendations, and medical or aesthetic treatments vary. Unalome House does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, symptom improvement, cosmetic effect, weightloss result, or duration of benefit.
Any testimonials, before-and-after images, or illustrative examples on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee that any person will achieve the same or similar results.
9. Communications
If you submit a form, sign up for emails or text messages, request information, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry, order, account, scheduling, or customer service.
Where you have separately opted in, or where otherwise permitted by law, you may also receive marketing communications by email or SMS. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email and may opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP, subject to the applicable messaging program.
You should not send sensitive medical information through general website forms unless the form specifically requests it and is designated for that purpose.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, ecommerce tools, social media platforms, analytics tools, or embedded content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, layouts, design elements, and software, and the arrangement of such content, is owned by or licensed to Unalome House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for personal, non-commercial use, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
13. User Submissions
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, messages, or other content to us through the Site or related channels, you represent that you have the rights necessary to provide such content and that it does not violate any law or thirdparty right.
You grant Unalome House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute such content in connection with our business, subject to any separate written agreement and applicable law.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content in our discretion.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND FUNCTIONALITY MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNALOME HOUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL CODE.

15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNALOME HOUSE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, OR ANY RELIANCE ON SITE INFORMATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNALOME HOUSE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UNALOME HOUSE THROUGH THE SITE FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unalome House and its affiliates, providers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time in our discretion. Any revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date or Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
