Deposits & Cancellation Policy

To respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for all patients, we have the following policies in place.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all aesthetic appointments excluding neurotoxin.

This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

If you no-call/no-show, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

A valid card on file is required for all appointments to enforce our cancellation policy.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

As a courtesy, we allow a one-time grace warning. After that, all late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments rescheduled within the 24-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

• $150 for appointments with Danielle
• $75 for all other providers

If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, the applicable fee will be automatically charged to the card on file without additional notice.
