IV Therapy & Infusion Services
Personalized IV Therapy Designed Around You
Your body—and what it needs—is uniquely yours.
At Unalome House, IV therapy is never about simply choosing a drip from a menu. Our approach begins with understanding you: your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, and, when appropriate, laboratory findings.
From hydration and nutritional support to more specialized physician-directed therapies, our medical team helps determine which options may be appropriate for your individual needs and how they may fit within your larger wellness plan.
A More Thoughtful Approach to IV Therapy
Intravenous (IV) therapy delivers fluids and selected ingredients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract.
But what goes into an IV matters—and so does the person receiving it.
That’s why we take a personalized, medically guided approach. Rather than assuming the same IV is appropriate for everyone, our team considers your medical history, current health, medications, individual goals, and other relevant factors before recommending treatment.
We Start by Listening
Your health history, current concerns, medications, lifestyle, and goals help us understand the bigger picture and determine whether IV therapy may be appropriate for you.
We Personalize Your Care
Depending on your individual needs and medical evaluation, your provider may recommend hydration, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, or other ingredients as part of your IV therapy plan.
We Look at the Bigger Picture
IV therapy may be one component of a broader Integrative Wellness plan. When appropriate, your provider may also discuss nutrition, lifestyle, Hormone Optimization, Metabolic Health and Medical Weight Loss, supplementation, Restorative Therapies, or other services available at Unalome House.
A Comprehensive Approach to IV Therapy
Personalized Evaluation
No two patients have the same health history or wellness needs. We consider your symptoms, goals, medications, medical history, and, when appropriate, laboratory findings to determine whether IV therapy may be right for you.
Individualized IV Selection
Rather than choosing an IV based on a trend or treatment menu, your provider helps identify the formulation and ingredients that are appropriate for your individual needs and overall wellness plan.
Provider-Guided Care
IV therapy is a medical treatment. Our team provides appropriate screening and medical oversight, with additional evaluation or laboratory testing when indicated for certain infusions or individual health considerations.
Whole-Person Wellness
IV therapy may be just one part of your care. Our integrative approach considers the bigger picture—including nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, metabolic health, supplementation, recovery, and other factors that influence how you feel and function.

Weber Laser Therapy
Advanced Light-Based Therapy for Wellness, Recovery & Pain
Unalome House also offers Weber Laser Therapy, an advanced medical laser technology that can be incorporated into personalized wellness and restorative treatment plans.
Depending on the patient’s needs and provider recommendation, Weber technology may be used in different ways, including intravenous protocols as well as targeted treatment of specific areas of the body.
Weber IV | $250
Weber IV uses specialized laser technology as part of a provider-directed intravenous protocol. Because this is a medical treatment and recommendations vary by individual, an evaluation is required to determine whether Weber IV is appropriate for you.
Targeted Weber Laser Therapy
Weber laser technology can also be applied directly to targeted areas of the body.
Targeted treatments may be considered for the temporary relief of:
- Muscle and joint aches
- Joint pain and stiffness
- Minor arthritis pain
- Muscle spasms
- Localized areas of discomfort
Treatment may also temporarily increase local circulation and promote muscle relaxation.
For patients experiencing concerns such as knee discomfort, joint stiffness, or localized musculoskeletal pain, your provider can evaluate whether targeted Weber Laser Therapy may be appropriate as part of your Pain & Recovery or Restorative Therapy plan.

Frequently Asked Questions About IV Therapy
What is IV therapy?
IV therapy involves administering fluids and selected ingredients directly into a vein. Depending on the formulation and clinical purpose, an IV may contain fluids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, or other ingredients recommended by a medical provider.
What IV therapy is best for me?
There isn’t one IV that is best for everyone. Your health history, symptoms, medications, goals, laboratory findings when relevant, and other clinical considerations can all influence which—or whether—IV therapy is appropriate.
Our team will help you determine an appropriate approach rather than asking you to diagnose yourself from a menu.
Do I need a consultation before receiving an IV?
Medical screening is an important part of IV therapy at Unalome House. The level of evaluation required may vary based on the treatment, your medical history, and whether you are an established patient.
Some specialized infusions require additional medical evaluation or laboratory testing before treatment.
How long does IV therapy take?
Treatment time varies depending on the IV formulation, dose, infusion rate, and individual patient. Our team will let you know what to expect when your treatment is scheduled.
How often should I receive IV therapy?
There is no universal schedule. Frequency depends on the specific treatment, your individual health needs, provider recommendations, and your response to treatment.
Is IV therapy safe?
IV therapy is a medical procedure and is not risk-free. Potential risks vary by formulation and individual health factors and may include bruising or irritation at the IV site, infection, allergic or infusion reactions, fluid or electrolyte changes, medication or nutrient interactions, and other treatment-specific risks.
Our medical team reviews relevant health information and discusses appropriate risks and considerations before treatment.
What is the difference between Weber IV and targeted Weber Laser Therapy?
Both utilize Weber medical laser technology but are different applications.
Weber IV incorporates laser technology into a provider-directed intravenous protocol. Targeted Weber Laser Therapy applies light energy to specific areas of the body and may be used for temporary relief of muscle and joint aches, pain and stiffness, minor arthritis pain, muscle spasm, and temporary improvement in local circulation.
Your provider will determine which approach, if either, may be appropriate for your individual needs.
Can IV therapy replace a healthy diet or my regular medical care?
No. IV therapy should not be considered a substitute for appropriate medical care, nutrition, sleep, movement, or other foundational aspects of health. At Unalome House, it may be incorporated into a broader, individualized plan when clinically appropriate.
Do you offer IV therapy near Annapolis, Maryland?
Yes. Unalome House provides medically guided IV therapy and infusion services in Severna Park, Maryland, convenient to Annapolis and surrounding Anne Arundel County communities.
Our team takes an integrative, personalized approach to IV therapy, helping determine which options may be appropriate based on your health history and individual goals.
Your Health. Your Path.
There is no universal roadmap to feeling your best.
At Unalome House, we take the time to understand where you are, what you’re experiencing, and where you want to go. If IV therapy or restorative treatment has an appropriate place in that journey, we’ll help create a plan designed around you.
